January 1, 2009
. Photograph must be at least 8" X 10". ALL ENTRIES MUST BE
READY TO HANG. NO GLASS & NO EASEL FRAMES. Contestants may
enter 1 photo, using traditional or digital cameras. Those who have sold
their photographs are considered to be professionals. Photo must be
clearly identified on the back: Name, address, phone number, and entry
category. Photo may be delivered in person to Wayne Dumont, Jr.
